Daytona Motorsport - Terms & Conditions
Alcohol Policy
Don't drink and drive
Daytona operates a strict alcohol and drug policy. If we have any doubt as to any driver's ability to drive, or believe that any driver may be under the influence of either drink or drugs, we will not permit that person to drive.
Please note that we will not refund or waive any fees paid or owing in the event that we disqualify a driver for the above reasons.
At our venues with licenced bars, we operate a strict coloured wrist band policy to identify who can drive and who can drink. Please help us to keep the circuits and our customers safe.
Age Policy
Daytona operates strict age limits.
At Junior events drivers must be 8-15 years old and at least 125 cms tall.
At Senior events drivers must be 16 or over.
Proof of age will be required if there is any doubt. Any driver aged 15 or under must be signed in by their parent or guardian. If you wish to bring someone else's child to Daytona, you must first get their parent or guardian to complete our Parental Consent form (AVAILABLE FROM THE CIRCUITS). This form authorises you to act "in loco parentis" and to make any and all decisions as to the suitability of the activity for the child. We will then require you to countersign our registration form for that child. If in any doubt, please call your local Daytona circuit.

Online Booking We ask for contact details on our order form and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date) on the payment processing form. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.
Logging Access to our Web Site We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to individuals.
Opt-out Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, our order form has an 'opt-out' mechanism so users who buy a product from us, but don't want any marketing material, can keep their email address off of our lists.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by using the form supplied with each mailing or by notifying the Company Secretary.
